Originally envisioned as a sculptural piece from Munari’s explorations into multiples, Aconà Biconbì was first manufactured as a playful “game” by Danese in 1961. Currently available in white (with red, green, and blue on backorder), each module consists of circular disks with a central hole and laterally folded edges, allowing for versatile assembly. When combined, these modules create intricate three-dimensional structures that can be endlessly rearranged based on their number and arrangement. Aconà Biconbì has inspired designers and artists worldwide and has been reimagined in various forms and materials over the years.
The set includes 10 disk modules, each with a central hole. Various sculptural forms can be created by combining these disks in different configurations, depending on the number of pieces used.
While the instructions suggest using metal clips for assembly, please note that these clips are not included in the package and must be obtained separately.
