Q. How do I place an order?
A. We work hard to ensure that our product selection, product availability, reliable delivery, and superior customer service work together to create a great shopping experience. The easiest way to purchase an item is from our online store. Your order can be completed online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to order. If color or finish options are available you can make your choice as well. You can check your order by clicking the "View Card" button. If you are finished shopping you can click the "Checkout" button which will take you to check out page. Simply complete the form with your information, click submit and you are done! Our secure server will protect and scramble the shipping and credit card number with Industry-Standard SSL encryption technology.

Q. When do I receive my order?
A. Unless otherwise noted, NOVA68.com will make best efforts to ship your merchandise within 2-4 business days of the receipt of a properly completed order. However, any delivery or shipment date provided by NOVA68.com to you is NOVA68.com's good faith estimate. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, it will be automatically placed on backorder.NOVA68.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Delivery date is usually 1-6 business days after the order is shipped. In general, West coast deliveries take 4-6 business days, Midwest deliveries take 2-4 business days, and East coast deliveries take 1-3 business days. We use Ground Shipping as our standard shipping method. We can ship by 2nd Day Air or Overnight for an extra charge. Ship and delivery days are M-F (excluding holidays). We currently use the following carriers, DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS. Most items will ship by DHL while larger items may ship by UPS or Freight. Larger items that are shipped by freight will take additional time. Customers may request a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out.
Delivery Guidelines:
Through common carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS):

All our items are shipped fully insured. We take great pride in our secure packaging. Please follow our "Return & Exchange Policy" in the very unlikely event of any issues.
Through freight/truck (large items):
Larger items are usually shipped through a freight/truck company. All freight shipment deliveries are curbside delivery only. The trucking company will park in front of the delivery address and you will need to accept the shipment from the back of the truck.
Please adhere to the following guide lines before signing for delivery. Most of them are common sense but we like to go over them just in case.
1. Match freight delivered with the Freight Bill. Make sure the carton and packing slip match the freight bill. Check that shipper, receiver, number of cartons and marks match.
2. Examine the cartons for damage. Check cartons on all sides, top and bottom. Look for any type of visible external damage (no matter how slight), including the following:
* Visible damage to carton
* Crushed or dented carton
* Evidence of rough handling
* Punctures
* Gouges
* Moisture damage
* Open package
* Sounds of breakage
* Creases
* Scrape marks
3. Note damage on Freight Bill.
* Write down any damage you've noted on all copies of the freight bill, especially on the driver's copy. Do not sign the freight bill until the driver signs and dates it (do not accept the driver's initials, it must be a full signature including full name).
* If the driver refuses to accept any notation you've made on the freight bill, notify NOVA68.com immediately. You have the right to note damage on the freight bill before accepting the shipment.
Sign the Delivery Receipt
1. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and legibly sign it in ink, showing your full name, date and number of cartons received.
2. Save the Freight Bill and all other shipping documents.
3. Open the cartons and inspect the contents immediately. It can be difficult to prove concealed damage, especially if the carton was in good shape when it was received. To protect yourself, use the following procedure:
3.1. Before moving a carton, open it immediately after delivery and inspect thoroughly for any concealed damage to contents. (If you move a carton prior to inspecting the contents, you won't be able to prove that the contents weren't damaged by you when you moved the carton.)
3.2. Also check to see that all items on the packing slip are contained in the carton.
If Shortage or Damage is Evident
1. Do not move the cartons, packing material, or merchandise.
2. Notify us and the freight company immediately.
3. Do not use, move or destroy the carton, packing material or merchandise.
4. If you can, take a picture of the damaged carton and merchandise.
5. Forward a copy of the freight bill to NOVA68.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Through White Glove Delivery:
The majority of our larger-sized pieces (sofas, cabinets, etc) are shipped with White Glove Delivery (optional charge on most items). White Glove Delivery includes in-home delivery, uncrating or packaging removal, placement and if required, simple assembly. White Glove Delivery personnel will remove all packaging materials as well. This is in most cases the best ways since there will be no concealed damage, the buyer can inspect the goods right away. Please adhere to following procedures when accepting a White Glove Delivery. Most of them are common sense but we like to go over them just in case.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We not collect Sales Tax on orders shipped within the United States with the exception of customers with a California shipping address. Customers with a California shipping address will incur California Sales Tax.

Q.What is the Lowest Price 100% Match policy?

You are eligible for a price-match if your request meets the following conditions:
